When you contact us we process your name, email, phone (if provided), and message content to answer class or workshop questions and manage studio visits.

Legal bases

Processing is based on steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests in operating a local studio website (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)), and consent for optional analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless a longer period is required for administration of a booking.
